In our idyllic country house in a suburb of Meersburg, we offer you 2 renovated apartments. The apartment "Historique" is a 1-room apartment with a lot of charm on the first floor with a terrace and a small garden area and is suitable for two people. Meersburg can be reached in five minutes by car. Arrive completely relaxed. Thanks to our key box at the entrance door with a numerical code, you can plan your trip flexibly and check in starting at 3 pm. The space We have lovingly furnished our newly renovated apartment with a total size of 35 m² of living space and 8 m² of terrace area, so that with a combined living-bedroom, an open dining kitchen, a large terrace with garden area, as well as a bathroom, everything is available to you so that you can have a pleasant stay in our beautiful area. The kitchen is equipped with a Stengele kitchenette with small dishwasher, fridge, microwave with grill and baking function, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and a cozy dining area. Details in the combined living room/bedroom: flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, table with 2 TV armchairs and double bed. The high-quality shower room is newly renovated (the shower is only 1.80 m high up to the shower head due to the old building) If necessary, laundry can be done at small extra charge with our washing machine. Enjoy the 8.00 m² terrace and the associated small garden. A grill is available. Of course, the beds are made with fresh linens upon your arrival. Towels and kitchen towels are provided. A starter kit is waiting for you to cover the first need: toilet paper, shower gel, cosmetic wipes, kitchen paper roll, coffee, tea, coffee capsules, oil and vinegar, spices, sugar, aluminum foil and baking paper. Guest access A car parking space and bicycle parking spaces are available in front of the house. Access to the apartment is on the backside of the house. A staircase with 5 steps leads to the apartment. Other things to note The city of Meersburg charges a tourist tax and is not included in the nightly rate.
