Ocean Treehouse Avalon

Modern 1 bedroom studio in the trees, with balcony and stunning ocean views, walking distance to Avalon Beach, Careel Bay and Avalon village. The space Ocean Treehouse is peaceful, private and self-contained flat, sitting among the trees and adjacent to the main house, with its own entrance. Enjoy whale watching from the balcony or spot native wildlife in the surrounding bush. The kitchenette has microwave, gas cooktop, fridge, nespresso coffee machine, kettle (tea, coffee and milk supplied), toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. There's also a BBQ on the balcony. The living area has ocean views, a coffee table, books, and opens on to a fairly large balcony with table and chairs and beautiful ocean views to Avalon headland. The bedroom is large with comfy queen bed, TV, chest of drawers, clothes rail and full-length mirror. The en-suite is modern and features large rain shower, vanity and toilet. Towels and all bed linen provided. Children are very welcome to stay, either on the sofa bed or on extra mattresses which we can supply - have a chat with us about what set up would suit you best. Follow us on Insta @oceantreehouse Guest access Access is via quite a steep driveway with parking at the top, and then a set of steps (see attached photos) so it's not suitable for those with physical disability or the elderly. Please note, there is no turning circle so guests will need to reverse down the driveway. If this is an issue, there is plenty of free street parking you can use and walk up the driveway instead. Other things to note The driveway is steep and long so please be prepared. You are free to park at the top or if you prefer you can park on the road and walk up. Registration Details PID-STRA-6044
