Our private one bedroom studio apartment is attached to the main house, located just 5 minutes' drive to Valla's pristine and popular beaches. The studio includes a kitchen and is surrounded on three sides by the garden on a tree lined acre block and makes an ideal weekend retreat or beach holiday hideout. Two great cafés - one boasting a mini-market - the tavern and a pharmacy are just 2 minute’s drive away across the highway. The space Flat entry from the driveway is through sliding doors giving onto the bedroom/living area. There's a queen bed, a double sofa bed and ensuite shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave , toaster, double electric hot plate, small combi oven and dining table & chairs for four. Instant coffee and a selection of teas are provided and there is filtered water in the fridge. There is a smart TV featuring Netflix and Amazon Prime apps which you're welcome to access using your own account. You're welcome to stay with young children so long as, where required, you supply your own cot for infants. Guest access There is ample parking available and access for longer vehicles (eg. towing a trailer) via the doughnut-shaped driveway. Other things to note Please lock the door whenever you go out. The studio is shaded and cool in summer, with a pedal stool fan provided for additional cooling. During winter months, an oil heater is provided. Please ensure this is turned off whenever you leave the studio. Please wash your feet and rinse off any sand before entering the studio after going to the beach. There is an outside tap/hose available on the side wall of the studio facing the shed. Registration Details PID-STRA-2259
