Wonderfully located on the vineyard. Very quiet & via the expressway by car within approx. 15 minutes to Stuttgart/about 20 minutes by S-Bahn. The Geradstetten stop is about a 10-minute walk. The space .... Very friendly and newly renovated 2 Room Suite with a very cosy feel to it. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction plates, microwave oven, connection oven, washing machine and dryer, fridge and congelator, even all the needed dishes are part of the suite. There is also your own little bathroom with shower and toilet. Satellite TV, DVD, CD, WEB-RADIO, USB PLAYER, nice fireplace. The location is very quiet, on the hills of the regional vineyards which invites you to take a walk in. It'll make you feel like your in the Toskana. Geradstetten is a little village near Stuttgart. It takes you a 20 minute drive by car to reach the city of Stuttgart.there is also a train station where you can catch the metro every 25 minutes. The Appartement combines the quietness of country life with no busy big town trouble, with a fast connection to the city. In geradstetten you can get everything you need for every day life. Take a 5 minute walk and you'll reach the butcher with organic regional products of highest quality. Next to the butcher you'll find the all German bakery with great bread and buns. Within a 10 minute walk there a supermarkets. What makes our home town very special are the very typical restaurants which you'll find plenty of, in the nearest surrounding. From high class to rustical wine pubs which we call : besen wirtschaften. We'll be happy to show you the secret treasures of regional cuisine and lifestyle. > IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTICE : Parking only on the street! You always find free spaces there. Our parking lots in front of the house aren't part of the Rent agreement. Besonders schön eingerichtetes und mit viel liebe zum Detail neu renoviertes Appartement. Das Appartement verfügt über eine eigene Küche und über ein eigenes Bad. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig unmittelbar an den Weinbergen des mittleren Remstals. Geradstetten, ein malerisches Weindörfchen mit schönen Fachwerk Gässchen und tollen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Oberhalb des Hauses beginnt der Weg zum Bauersberger Hof mit seinen,für die Region typischen Besenwirtschaften ( zu Fuß ca. 30 min. Auto 5 Minuten.) Metzger und Bäcker sowie Supermarkt im Dorf vorhanden. > ACHTUNG WICHTIG : Die Parkplätze direkt vor unserem Haus gehören nicht zur Vermietung, dürfen aber selbstredend zum Be und Entladen verwendet werden. We ask you to park your car on the street where you can always find a parking space. Of course, you can use the parking spot in front of the house to load or unload your luggage. We both have busy jobs so we ask you to follow the check-in time windows which we agreed in advance. Parking is only available on the street. We ask you not to use the in-house parking space. Of course, you can use the parking space for loading and unloading. We also ask that you observe the previously agreed check-in times as punctually as possible.
