Home is five minutes from the center of Rhinebeck on a private country road, surrounded by gardens and beautiful view of the Catskills. Complimentary breakfast provided featuring fresh eggs from our little flock of chickens! Use the kitchen like your own, equipped with everything you need including dishes, utensils, and more. There is counter seating for four and table sits seven. Sliding door in kitchen opens to a large deck overlooking the backyard complete with gas grill, table for 6, and a comfortable seating area. Huge backyard is incredibly private and set up for fun with outdoor games like tetherball and horseshoes. There are various outside seating areas and a play area for children with fort and sandbox. Gardens surround the house with beautiful flowers and we will leave veggies from our garden when possible. Enjoy a BBQ or make a fire with a complimentary load of wood in the backyard fire pit. The best feature of this property is unbelievable sunsets year round that fill the entire backyard. With beautiful natural light all day long, the main floor is perfect for family and friends to gather with the kitchen and dining room opening up into the living room. The large living room has a wood stove to enjoy during the winter months and comfortable seating for the whole group. A smaller family/library room is on the other side of the kitchen with books for all ages and interests. The half bath is also on the main floor. There are board games and movies for you to enjoy during your stay. Downstairs is a playroom with something for everyone including TV, toys, ping pong table, darts, and workout equipment. It also doubles as a bedroom area with a pull-out couch that sleeps 2. Please let me know when booking if you need the bed and it will be set up for your visit. With complete access to dressers and closets, this is an ideal home for long term rentals. Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The Master is on the far right with amazing mountain views, King size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bath with custom shower. There is a closet, dresser, and nightstand all empty for your use. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs all with Queen beds and empty dressers. Two of these bedrooms face the backyard with beautiful views of the mountains. The final bedroom looks out the front of the house, and is like a second master with TV, more space, and a crib. The closet for this bedroom is in the hallway. There is a full bathroom on the 2nd floor with shower and tub. Linens and towels are provided. There are also some extras available if you forget essentials. This is our home and a few things like storage areas are clearly marked "Do Not Use" but you have full access and use of all other household items. Guest access Dressers and closets available for your use. The house has cable, reliable cell, and Wi-Fi service. Washer and dryer, linens and towels, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and microwave provided. Please let me know in advance if you need pull out bed set up. Crib is ready. Pack-n-play and toddler/cot available upon request. We want you to enjoy your stay and accommodate your requests whenever possible. Other things to note Someone typically comes on Mondays and Wednesdays to bring trash cans to the curb and back. The yard and animals are cared for then or roughly every 3rd day.
