Sea Breeze - entire guest wing, private entrance

Welcome to the vibrant surf side town of Torquay, gateway to the Great Ocean Road. Guests have their own private entrance into the completely private downstairs guest wing. The area is modern, light, airy and spacious. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Sea Breeze is located in the Surf View Estate. It is a twenty minute walk or short drive to the beach and only a ten minute walk to the surf shops, cafes and breweries precinct on the Surf Coast Highway. The space The main bedroom is equipped with a queen bed which has a super comfy pillow top mattress. This room is very private, where you can relax and wake up to the morning sun and listen to the birds chirping in the beautifully landscaped garden. Perfect for a holiday lay in. There is a modern bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet and light and airy living room with kitchenette. Adjoining the living room is a deck area for your private use. There is also a second bedroom on this floor which is available on request for an additional cost. The kitchenette is in the living room and is equipped with microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery, cutlery, toaster and bar fridge. In this space there is also a small table and chairs, sofa, two large comfy chairs and TV with Netflix. The living area and bedrooms are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioners for year round comfort. There is an outdoor shower with heated water on the wall round the far side of the house for use after beach activities. Guests are encouraged to use this following a trip to the beach to avoid carrying sand inside. My private living area is upstairs which I access via the internal garage door and staircase just in side the front door. Our areas are separated by a portable screen in the passage way which creates a completely private space in the guest wing. Guest access Guest access is via a side gate and private entrance off small deck area. The area is wheelchair accessible with no steps. Second story is owner's private residence. Other things to note Guest access is via side gate which leads into your private living area. The backyard is for your private use during your stay. Beach towels available on request. Outdoor shower with heated water is round the far side of house and is available for use after beach activities.
