Casa Dema, air-conditioned with wifi

Casa Dema is a lovely solution located on the ground floor of about 70 square meters, it is located in the historic center of Martis SS, the nearest sea is Lu Bagnu/Castelsardo is 25 km away about 25 minutes by car or in the summer there is the shuttle bus that leaves in the morning and returns in the evening. The house is ideal for a family of up to 6 people, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed. The space The house is very spacious, the beds have very comfortable memory foam mattresses and pillows with sockets above the bedside tables, both rooms have a wardrobe with a chest of drawers, a coat rack and a dresser. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, "Lavazza a modo mio" coffee machine or moka pot. The very spacious living room has a nice large sofa bed, a 60" TV, and a desk. Wifi throughout the house and heat pump (hot/cold). The modern bathroom has a shower/hydromassage box and a USB stick for listening to music, a washing machine and a hanging hairdryer. From here, there is a French window that leads out onto a small terrace where there is a sink, garbage cans and the boiler, and if you want, there is a drying rack. Guest access There are various documents for the appliances in the dresser drawer in the second bedroom, please do not touch them. Other things to note - I want to specify that there is no hot tub but rather a shower with hydromassage jets. - The sea of Lu Bagnu/Castelsardo is 25/30 minutes from the house.
