Casa Dema, air-conditioned with wifi

Casa Dema is a nice solution located on the ground floor of about 70 square meters, it is located in the historic center of Martis SS,the nearest sea is Lu Bagnu/Castelsardo is about 25 km away by car or in the summer there is the shuttle bus that departs in the morning and returns in the evening. The house is ideal for a family of up to 6 people, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed. The space The house is very spacious,the beds have very comfortable mamory foam mattresses and pillows with sockets above the bedside tables,both rooms have wardrobe with chest of drawers, coat rack and dresser. the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine "lavazza in my way" or mocca. The living room is very spacious with a nice large sofa bed, a 60"TV and a desk. Wifi throughout the house and heat pump (hot/cold). The modern bathroom with shower/hot tub and USB stick x listen to music, washing machine and hairdryer hanging,from here there is a window door where you exit onto a not very large terrace where there is a sink, garbage cans and the boiler,if you want, there is a clothesline. Guest access Throughout the house, in the dresser drawer of the second room there are several documents of the appliances, please do not touch. Other things to note -I want to specify that there is not a hot tub but a shower with the jets. -The sea of Lu Bagnu/Castelsardo is 25/30 minutes from home.
