Bright apartment with 180-degree sea views from the terrace and swimming pool at the apartment. Terrace in front of the apartment with private garden furniture and lawns by the house. There is a TV with Chromecast and Apple AirPlay. Take a pleasant walk along the water towards beautiful Allinge and eat at one of the two smokehouses in town or take it home. There is parking right by the house. There is a bus right by the house to and from Rønne, etc. Unfortunately, charging an electric car is not possible. Electricity consumption included (max. 20 kWh per day). The space The apartment is located by beautiful Allinge and is rented out for holidays, etc. There is a 180-degree sea view from the apartment and from the apartment's terrace. The apartment is on the first floor of the former guesthouse “Boesvang”. POOL (only “open in summer”) There is a heated shared swimming pool in front of the apartment, which is open from June 15 to September 15 (the opening period is controlled by the homeowners' association and I have no influence on this myself). The swimming pool is for free use for the tenants in Boesvang :) The pool is approximately 10 * 9 meters in size and has a heat pump installed. There are usually chairs and sun loungers by the pool, which can be used freely by tenants. THE APARTMENT From the apartment's terrace/balcony you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine on the island :-) There are grass areas around the house for play, socializing, etc. (common areas for Boesvang). The apartment contains a bright living room with windows/door to the sea, as well as a kitchen with kitchen equipment (stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and of course various kitchen utensils, etc.). In addition, a large bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a bedroom with two beds that can be put together (Bedroom-1) as well as two sleeping places separated from the living room with a curtain (Bedroom-2). You will receive the code for the key box in the morning before the start of your stay :-) THE TERRACE The terrace is located right in front of the apartment, with a door into the living room. The terrace for this apartment is connected to the neighboring apartment - but the garden table and terrace that are in the photo in the ad belong exclusively to this apartment. There are shared stairs up to the two apartments. There are free parking spaces right by the house. INTERNET AND TV There is a 49-inch 4K TV with Chromecast and Apple AirPlay in the apartment. There are also selected Danish and Swedish TV channels via antenna. The internet is mobile broadband in the router - please do not give my WiFi password to other tenants, etc., as it will significantly reduce the speed if there are too many users on the mobile broadband. Thank you in advance :) IMPORTANT PRACTICAL INFORMATION Basic items are not included, as I do not live on Bornholm myself and therefore unfortunately do not have the opportunity to stock up on toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, detergent, soap, cooking oil, etc. These must therefore be brought (please leave something in the apartment for the next guests as well). Refill if something is used up - I refill with various items myself when I come to the apartment, but can't guarantee that it won't be used up by guests afterwards. Also bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels, dish towels, etc. However, bed linen/towels/dish towels/tea towels can be rented for DKK 150 per set/package if agreed upon in connection with the booking itself. I pay an external company to do the laundry, hence this fee to cover the cost of this, sorry. There are duvets and pillows for 4 people in the apartment. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to charge an electric car in the house (it is not allowed). Electricity consumption is included in the rent within a maximum consumption of 20 kWh per day (fair use). Additional consumption will be charged at DKK 5 per kWh. Electricity can be read on the meter in the hallway opposite the bathroom, as well as remotely. The electric radiators are set to a maximum of 25 degrees, and to automatically switch off when the windows are opened. RATING AFTER THE STAY See Airbnb's system: I expect a 5-star rating from tenants, as anything other than 5 stars is considered bad in Airbnb's view. At 4 stars or below, you are threatened with being kicked out of Airbnb. Thank you in advance. Guest access Check-in: Between 16:00 (4 pm) and 21:00 (9 pm). Check-out: Before 11 (11 am). Access to the entire home and to the common areas outdoors. Other things to note TRANSPORT There is a bus stop just outside the apartment and good bus connections to Rønne (where the ferry arrives/departs). The stop right by my apartment is called "Tejnvej v. Grønnedalsvej" (the apartments "Boesvang"). There is a bus connection from here to most of Bornholm. On the homepage "bat dot dk" you can read about the bus connections on Bornholm. On the page "rejseplanen dot dk" you can plan other public transport in Denmark. The apartment is about 1.5 km from Allinge center and you can also walk there along Tejnvej or along the water (see map here in the post, photos). In Allinge there are various supermarkets, etc.
