The space ■ About the Room and Beds - The room can accommodate up to 5 guests. - Bed configuration is as follows: ・Double bed (140cm × 195cm): 2 beds for 2 people each ・Sofa bed (111cm × 188cm): 1 bed for 1 person - For reservations of up to 4 guests, the sofa bed is not usually prepared (it remains as a sofa). - If you would like to use the sofa bed for 4 guests or fewer, please contact us by the day before your arrival. An additional fee of 2,000 yen will be charged. - If you request on the day of check-in or during your stay, the additional fee will be 4,000 yen. - *Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on availability. ■ About the Room and Facilities - The room is 58.35㎡ in size. - Each bedroom is equipped with a desk set for remote work, making it suitable for business use. - The interior is designed with a Japanese-style atmosphere for a relaxing stay. - The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room are fully equipped, making the room ideal for long-term stays as well. - Free WiFi is available. *If you prefer a wired connection, please bring your own LAN cable. ■ Check-in & Check-out - Early check-in may be available depending on room availability. If you wish to check in early, please confirm with us the day before (2,000 yen per hour). - For check-in before 13:00, please also book the previous night. - Late check-out is also available upon request by the day before (2,000 yen per hour). - For late check-out after 13:00, please book an additional night. - We cannot accommodate same-day requests for late check-out. - Please note that the key code will become invalid after the check-out time. ■ Luggage Storage - If you would like us to store your luggage, please contact us by the day before your arrival. ■ Changes to Your Reservation - If there are any changes to the number of guests, please send a reservation change request. - If you contact us after the room has been prepared, we may not be able to provide additional amenities. ■ Cancellation Policy - Please refer to the listing for our cancellation policy. ■ Garbage Separation - Please separate garbage into burnable, non-burnable, cans, bottles, and PET bottles, and place them in the garbage bags provided in the room. - When the garbage bags are full, please take them to the outdoor garbage storage area. - For large items such as suitcases, shoes, or bags, a disposal fee of 1,000 yen per item will be charged. Please be sure to contact us in advance. ■ Visitors - Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to enter the property. - If you expect any visitors, even for a short time, please include them in your reservation. ■ Towels - We provide 1 bath towel and 2 face towels per guest. - No extra towels are available. (A late check-out may incur additional charges.) After the check-out time, the key code provided will no longer work. Before leaving, please lock all doors and turn off the lights. Complete the check-out procedure using the tablet on the 1st floor.
