The Casa a La selva is located in the middle of nature, on a hill above the famous Varigotti. The house has a terrace with dining table and sun loungers, a magnificent view of the port of Finale Ligure. The beach can be reached either on foot - 15 min through a somewhat steep/sporty road through nature - or by car/bike. Shopping in Finale Ligure (10 min by car). In addition: private parking, lockable bicycle cellar bike storage. YOU NEED A CAR The space The house is rustically furnished. It consists of 2 rooms (one large bed, plus 2 single beds). There is also a sofa bed in the living room that could be used for a fifth guest. The kitchen is very well equipped and you have everything you need. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds, if necessary we have 2 armchairs for 2 more guests in the living room), a small bathroom with shower, a kitchen with everything you need (pots, dishes, microwave, oven, washing machine, bin), a living room and a beautiful terrace with umbrella, table chairs and deck chairs, where you can enjoy a unique view of the sea and the port of Varigotti. The house is a typical Ligurian house of the 1400s, about 80 square meters and it strikes you precisely for its characteristic structure, typical of Ligurian houses (now disappeared). Next to it is a small church also from the 1400s whose bell tower is inactive. The beach can be reached on foot via a small path among the olive trees, but be careful, you have to be quite athletic, especially on the way back, as this is uphill. The house is not located directly on the sea. Otherwise you can reach the beach by car (10 minutes) or by bike. Nearby by car there are many restaurants and trattorias typical of the Ligurian tradition, as well as an agritourism within walking distance of the house. Guest access The house has a private entrance. You also have the option to lock the bikes or place them in a safe/locked place. There is also a private parking space for the car, opposite the house (outside). Other things to note In Italy, you have to pay a fee as a guest (tourist tax). It is 1 euro per day per person for a maximum of 5 days. This means that if you stay 10 days, you still only pay for 5 days. Children under 12 pay nothing.
