Modern and tastefully decorated, they are perfect for families and large groups who want to stay together in one place. Each apartment features: - A functional and welcoming main living area with a relaxation area, bed and television for your moments of rest. Studio 1: One king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) Studio 2: One king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and one single bed (90 x 180 cm) Studio 3: One queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) - The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has everything you need for cooking: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso type), crockery and utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort. - The bathroom has a shower, large mirror, sink and toilet. You will have Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness. Please note that the air conditioner is a portable unit designed for a single room. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
