La Boa B&B is within walking distance of the San Benedetto del Tronto promenade. Completely renovated in the spring/summer of 2017, it is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Its privileged location offers a side view of the sea and is at the same time very close to the center, the university, the marina and the main attractions of the place. Nearby there are bars, a bakery, a newsstand, various types of shops and a Conad supermarket 500 meters away. Other things to note The apartment offers two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, intended for guests of the bed & breakfast service. Guests can enjoy a common area that includes a room with two tables and chairs, two sofas, a television, and a small refrigerator. The latter is stocked daily with tea, fruit juices, yogurt, still and sparkling water for each guest.
