A heritage Farm amidst a bird sanctuary, with differing cottage types and modern amenities. AC rooms in 2BHK apartment; Heritage wooden AC cottage and a hermitage like mud house. The property is ideal for a group of 8-10 . Only one group at a time will be hosted and permitted. A protected seasonal Natural pool is conserved for swimming . Lot of space and provisions for children recreations. Yoga training, Ayurveda consultation and massage are available on prior intimation. The space The wooden structure of the heritage home has survived the Great Flood ( 99 M.E). The serene ambience and the traditional Kerala life, fills positive energy and is worth to rejuvenate one . The intermixed plantation of betel nut, black pepper and cocoa support the biodiversity. The farm has a floral diversity of about 500 of which 175 are tropical edible fruit trees. In addition, specific larval host and fodder plants for Butterflies are nurtured systematically. The stay offers various activities like guided "Spice walk" in the medicinal garden; village walk; cooking classes & cycling and other outdoor games( Fishing, shuttlecock, soft archery and other freebies for children. Guest access The entire Farm premises (3 acres) are open for the guests. Other things to note The rates are with breakfast for 10 adults. Extra persons will be charged. Home cooked lunch and dinner will be provided at an extra cost but is to be informed prior to booking. We can arrange airport pick ups and drops. The whole property is protected by electrically (solar) fencing. Wi fi and laundry facilities are available.
