The unit is located in a 10th floor so that you can get the breathtaking view right outside the balcony. In case you're arriving late (latest check-in:8pm), may we ask you to please inform our co-host for your easy and fast check-in process. Kindly bring your identification card as it needs to be verified at the lobby reception upon check-in. Guests will be personally be given a set of unit keys by our staff upon arrival. The keys are to be kept by the guest. Any key damaged or lost will be subject to a fine of P1000 HOUSE RULES (and to Avoid fine from the admin) - Strictly No Smoking inside our unit - Not suitable for pets - Lost or Damage Keys will be charge P1000. - Refrain from making loud noises especially by 10PM -Do not hang anything on the balcony grill -Do not flush tissues/napkins into the toilet bowl -Turn off air condition, television and lights when not in use or when going out -No visitors allowed. Only registered guests are allowed to enter the unit. - Always close the door, as we are not responsible or liable to any loss items. - Do not leave garbage along the hallway. - Dispose your garbage properly.Every floor has a garbage chute to throw in your garbage. Must be tied up securely. -Guests are expected to take care of all the decorations, furniture, fixtures and appliances. Any damage or loss item (missing towels, broken appliances, wall or bed stains, clogged toilet or sink, etc.) will be charged accordingly.
