The Lamioncino was obtained from an old abandoned ruin, completely refurbished and transformed into this charming villa, surrounded by a lush garden with vineyard and fruit trees. Tastefully furnished, equipped with every comfort and only 3 km from the sea, the Lamioncino is the ideal place for those who want to relax in contact with nature in a 5-star location. The space The Lamioncino is a detached villa that can accommodate up to 4 people. The patio from which you enter the house has a double entrance, one that gives access to the living room and the other to the kitchen. Equipped with every utensil, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Smeg refrigerator, it is very bright thanks to the large French window, and direct access to the patio allows you to comfortably eat meals outside, fully enjoying the view of the beautiful garden. The living room has a solid wood table with six chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed and overlooks both the patio and the garden. The bathroom has a comfortable shower, a heated towel rail and suspended sanitary ware. The bedroom is spacious and equipped with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, king-size bed and French window overlooking a second patio with a gazebo equipped with comfortable deck chairs. The skillful renovation, division of spaces and choice of furnishings make this villa a rare pearl. All around, a lush garden colored by flowers and fruit trees will frame your stay. Guest access A dirt road in the countryside will lead you to a driveway gate that opens electrically and gives access to a driveway where you can park your car.
