This space is located in North Richmond just off Victoria/Church St. It's perfectly located so that you can get around the city in any direction by public transport right outside our door. Melbourne CBD,Swan St, MCG,St Kilda plenty of pubs and pretty much everything you need to have a good time without having to worry about how to get back to the flat Downstairs, you have the hustle of Victoria St with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, food markets, Woolworths & Coles within walking distance. The space This is my personal apartment so you’ll feel at home during your stay. There are kitchen appliances to cook meals and if you know what you’re doing - make coffee There is a big balcony overlooking Victoria St that captures the sun all day and is beautiful for a BBQ and a few bevy’s Notable ammenities: Weber BBQ Ping pong table Tele NBN Single space under cover parking garage Guest access The apartment has 3 bedrooms but only one is available. During your stay Myself and my partner will be in Sydney from 29th Dec - 5th Jan. So the keys will be left in a safe/lock for your convenience.
