Our brand new apartment is situated on the beautiful coast of Boka Bay in Montenegro! It is right by the sea,with a sandy beach infront and a big green backyard with shade for chilling.Outside fresh water shower to wash-off the sea salt right after coming out of the sea. The place is near the town of Herceg-Novi (10min by car/bus), beautiful medieval town of Kotor (25min by car/bus), Perast (15min by car/bus) and Dubrovnik in Croatia where "Game of Thrones" was filmed (50min by car/bus). The space This studio is on the second floor of a building containing 6 different apartments all for rent.There is beautiful sea view from the window of the apartment.Behind the house is a big yard with tables and chairs with a thick natural share made by a kiwi tree. You can use this space to eat out or just chill out and keep yourself away from the hot sun as it is always pleasant there with a fresh breeze. Private parking area is behind the house so that your car is safe and you can even leave it unlocked because there is no access to that part of the yard other than from in-front of the house through our private fenced property. Once you park the car, there is no need to use it during your holiday as everything you need is walking distance from the apartment - the beach is just in front of the house, restaurants and caffe’s are few steps away (one being just in the house next door), supermarket and grocery stores are 200m away. there is a fresh fruit and vegetable market on 5min walk from the house.bakery ,cash machine ,pharmacy-it is all 5-10min walking from the apartment. Guest access you can use the backyard with tables and chairs under the kiwi tree shade, a barbecue area just next to the parking platform and a spacious parking area to park your car and jeep it safe during your stay.
