The apartment is located in a quiet village Mundanije ideal for people who want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. It is located in the heart of the island of Rab, which is only 5 min driving distance from the wonderful old town of Rab. In another 10 to 15 min driving you can reach all the beautiful beaches in Lopar, Kampor or Pudarica.So it is ideal place for relaxing, but also for families with kids. Apartment has a large terrace. For kids we have playground. The space Our holyday premises are located in a very quiet area, in a subburb called Mundanije-sv.Ilija. Within a short drive by car most of the beaches and places on the island could be reached. If someone prefer or like to walk, the city centre and beach "Skver" are at only 10 to 20 minutes walking distance, trough a picturesque and interesting landscape. The nearest restaurant is only 100 meters away. The shopping, green and fish markets are only 700 meters distant and could be reached by foot in 10 minutes of pleasant walking. A private parking area is also at disposition next to our premises. Regretfully pets could not be accepted due to no conditions available. Internet is connected and available. The apartment is of 60 sq.meters. Can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. It is completely equipped:1 bedroom with double bed, leaving room with a 2 couch where 2 kids or 2 senior person could be accommodated. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and WC are all available. Satellite TV is also installed. There is a beautiful view to the bay from the terrace-balcony. In our home you will see sheeps and chickens. Also from our garden you will have fresh vegetables and eggs. Guest access Please check out of our home rental by 9am. Checking out by this time ensures that I have enough time to clean the place and get it ready for our next guest. Before you left the apartment somebody will say hello to you and see the apartment once again Other things to note Please dont invite extra guests in apartment. We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home, unless agreed upon during the booking process. Please be sure that extra guests leave by 10pm. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors. If for any reason you break an item during your stay, please let me know. I understand that accidents happen, but in order for me to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, I will need to know that it is broken. I appreciate your honesty.
