Private room in Newtown

130 year old bohemian apartment full of creativity and character on top of a restaurant located on King St in Newtown 6 km from airport, 4 km from Sydney centre. 5 min walk to trains, bus stop out front. Plus all the restaurants and nightlife Newtown has right outside. Room comes with 2 bunk beds a third mattress can be added on the floor. For the adventurous traveller, not for the faint of heart! Guest access Kitchen, bathroom, balcony, Newtown. Other things to note We are film makers and artists, ours is a creative space. The room is ideally set up for just two people. If you book for 3 the third would have to sleep on a mattress on the floor. This wouldn't leave much room to move around in the room unless the mattress is lifted off the floor during the day. I would not recommend more than 2 in the room. The option for a 3rd is only as we have had several requests for it. Actually lots of people cram 3 of them in there and they love it!
