Room in an apartment – women only

I am offering a room for rent in my apartment, located on the first floor of a family home. Women only. I offer a very quiet environment and only welcome visitors who are looking for the same thing. The space The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, with a large park at the end of the street. The room overlooks the garden and surrounding towns. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen and bathroom. You can also enjoy our garden. In the kitchen, you can use it to prepare simple meals that don’t take too long or produce too much odour. During your stay I work a lot and on irregular shifts, so I rent out the room but don’t see many guests. I’m happy to answer questions via text message. At the moment, I get home late from work in the evening, and I enjoy having the morning to myself at home. Therefore, this is not suitable for leisure travellers, but rather for people who are here for work or an internship and who get up early. Other things to note Rental rules: I rent the room to travellers who are coming for work or an internship, but not to travellers who need to use the house 24 hours a day, nor to people working remotely or holidaymakers. I provide a very quiet environment and, in return, ask that this quiet be respected between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am (no music, no cooking, no phone calls – we have a nice outdoor area if needed, etc.). The house is old, so the floorboards creak, the walls are thin, and the door latches are a bit noisy: sensitive people are therefore greatly appreciated ;-) A little parakeet lives freely in my living room. It’s not a shared room, but there’s a good chance people will be singing loudly, starting from the morning. It is also possible (although it doesn’t happen often) that we might run into each other while she is on my shoulder, and since she is very curious and sociable, she might jump onto your head. So it’s best not to be afraid of animals. My mother, who lives on the floor below, has severe breathing problems and numerous allergies. Therefore, it is not permitted to wear chemical perfume or scented deodorant inside the house. We strive to respect the planet as much as possible and appreciate it when our guests do the same: separating waste, keeping showers to no more than 10 minutes, turning off lights in unoccupied rooms, and so on.
