Welcome to your home away from home. Our spacious Seaside Holiday Villa boasts fantastic views of the sea and surrounding mountains and is ideal for both families and groups of up to 8 people. With its modern, spacious open-plan living area and four ensuite bedrooms, this stone villa is perfectly situated in Orahovac, a small fishing village with a picturesque beach just 20 metres down the road. There are also two excellent restaurants nearby which we can personally recommend. The space With four ensuite bedrooms, this spacious seaside villa has an open-plan living area, multiple balconies with stunning sea and mountain views, a beautiful outdoor dining area, and is a mere 20 metres from the beach in the picturesque village of Orahovac. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has central heating, duvets and blankets for the winter months. There is also free WiFi, plus parking for two cars at the front. The open-plan living area includes: • Large seating area with sofa bed and Smart TV • Large terrace with table and chairs suitable for up to 8 people • Well equipped kitchen with an additional dining table • Patio area with BBQ The first of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and includes a king-sized bed plus a double sofa bed and room for a cot (which can be supplied on request). On the top floor we have three bedrooms, two with king-sized beds and one with twin beds. All bedrooms have their own shower rooms and balconies. The two double rooms have a sea view, and the twin room has a mountain view. On arrival at the villa, you will be greeted by one of our neighbours who will talk you through everything and leave you with our welcome pack. One of our wonderful neighbours, Fanika cooks delicious fish dishes with fresh produce which she will happily deliver to the villa if you fancy a night eating on the terrace, but don’t really want to cook. Guest access The whole house is yours to use during your stay except the garage. Other things to note There will be a local Tourist tax to pay which Ana can arrange for you, 1 Euro per person per day for anyone over 1 2 years.
