It has a separate entrance and guests have complete and sole use of the space during their stay. There is plenty of parking, including one covered spot. Guests will have two bedrooms (9’ x 16’ with Queen bed and 11.5’ x 11.5’ with full bed) both with dressers, closets and privacy blinds. The bathroom has a full-size standing shower. The house has an on-demand hot water system as well as a whole house water filtration system & generator. The living / dining room has a full size leather couch, a 55” Samsung smart TV, and table seating for four. Guests have use of a full kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot, as well as dishes, cookery and utensils. Bring your pet for an additional $10 per day per pet-2 pet limit. So much to enjoy near the house... several breweries, hiking, biking, horseback riding, rafting and fishing. This is a two story house. I live upstairs and am quiet (no pets). A locked door separates the floors. The house was upgraded with additional filtration to the duct work to provide better filtered air quality. Guests also have use of a large portable (rolling) HEPA air filtration system. This property is the lower level of my house so I am on site to help guests with all their questions or needs. This property is in a quaint little neighborhood on the bike path & walk-able to the entrance to Pisgah National Forest which is less than half a mile away. Even closer is the New Ecusta Brewing just down the street! We are conveniently located near many local sites, including the Brevard Bike Path (1 minute), Walk to Ecusta Brewing/across the street. Pisgah National Forest (2 minutes), downtown Brevard (4-5 minutes), DuPont State Park (20 minutes) and Gorges State Park (35 minutes). We are located on the north side of town and an easy 25 minutes from the Asheville airport. Regular parking- Free Pet Fee Limit 2 pets $10 per day per animal- we have a fenced in backyard, please curb your dog daily. Receptacles are emptied by owner but you place into the can. These extra fees, if selected are due upon arrival in cash.
