Nice house under the pine trees!

Only 2 km from the beach and the city center, come and enjoy this charming Landes house in the heart of the forest. If you want to spend an authentic vacation, this house is ideal! The space The house consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen equipped for your daily comfort (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster...). You will have 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds and 2 bathrooms to bring the whole family together. Upstairs is the third bedroom, and the second bathroom as well as a small living room equipped with a child's bed and a changing area (if necessary). Outside, you can enjoy the friendly garden with fruit trees and, depending on the season, the vegetable garden protected by our cat Baco in exchange for a few daily caresses and kibbles. We can't move this old tomcat who already has his habits! You will also have the choice between the small swimming pool in the quiet and intimate garden, or that of the condominium at the bottom of the subdivision (perhaps closed due to COVID) as well as its 2 tennis courts for the more athletic! 2 adult bikes will be available for you to reach the beach by the bike path in front of the house or the village and its small Sunday market all year round. The house is located in an area close to the railway but quiet (the tenants have never complained!), equidistant from the beach and the village, about 2 km. Every Sunday you can enjoy the local market, and during the summer months, the many cultural, sports and festive activities in the surrounding area. This is a friendly and especially family house!
