You can also choose to dine outside while enjoying the view of the lush green trees. - **Third Floor:** Our shared kitchen is on the third floor, used by our staff, family, and friends. Late checkout requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If the room is not occupied by the next guest, the current guest can extend the checkout time until 4:00 PM for an additional 300 baht or until 11:00 PM for an additional 600 baht. Late checkout requests must be approved by the host in writing. **Failure to check out on time:** If the current guest does not check out by the agreed-upon late checkout time, they will be charged an additional late checkout fee of 600 baht per hour. **Please note:** Late checkout is not available for guests who are departing early.
