Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom

The property is in a picturesque area in a semi-rural village location but only 4 miles from the A55 motorway, beaches and close to Snowdonia. There is a golf course, post office, shop, petrol station and pub/restaurant within the village. A restaurant/cafe situated in the village offers breakfasts and drinks. The house is a very comfortable space and a warm and friendly welcome awaits you. The space There is one flight of stairs leading to one double bedroom with ensuite and one twin bedded guest room.. The back garden is private and tranquil and offers seating and paved patio area and also a decking area. Off road parking is available.
