Our villa, which is located in Alanya's Sugözü neighborhood, 5 minutes from the city center and the world-famous Cleopatra beach, with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean, with a private parking lot, surrounded by nature, and is the address of calmness, serenity and peace, offers you all the elements together for those who want to have a magnificent holiday and experience a truly quality, different and exciting holiday. ****YOU CAN REACH OUR VILLA WITH YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLES**** The space Our villa is designed in accordance with the concept of vacation and the equipment you need during your vacation is available. All you have to do is enjoy a peaceful holiday. All the facilities are offered unlimitedly for you to make the most of the limited time you have for yourself and to relax. Bedrooms: 1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, makeup table, bathroom and toilet. 2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and nightstand. 3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand and makeup table. Note: There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets in total in our villa. Kitchen: There is an American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table for 6, built-in stove – oven, kitchen utensils and kettle. Living room: Modern living room, LED TV, satellite, sofa set, free internet, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. Pool and Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun terrace, barbecue, sunbeds, indoor shower next to the pool, table and chairs. Note: Our pool is sheltered and suitable for hijab. Pool Dimensions: 8 m X 4 m depth 1.40 cm X 1.50 cm. Cleaning and maintenance: Our villa is delivered to our valued customers as cleaned and disinfected. Clean spare sheets and pillow cases, etc. are provided. Note: Pool cleaning and maintenance is our responsibility. The cleaning fee will be 4,000 TL as of May 1st. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. No events can be held. 5. Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of the villa. 6. Identification details must be submitted. 7. No outside guests are allowed.
