Sleeps up to 5 guests. Let me know if you are celebrating anything special! There are 2 options to book our place. Option 1- Rent HOME only is the listing price. Option 2- Rent HOME & GAMEROOM. Additional fee of $30 a night for game room and a Amenities deposit of $300 is required. The space WE HAVE STARLINK INTERNET! You will have access to the entire 1200 sq. ft. home except for the living room closet. It is my supply closet and it has a lock on it. Enjoy 24-hour access to the house via access code, so no key! Check-in and check-out is a breeze. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Trash is picked up by a company on Mondays. Please put all your garbage in the green trash can by the front road by Monday morning. Make sure you put all your trash in bags! They will charge me if it's not. As of 11/12/20- There are 2 options to book our place so I won't lose my guests! Some of my guests want only the house so I am trying my best to make everyone happy! Let me know after you book if you want the gameroom because I will assume you are just booking for the house. Option 1- Rent HOME only is the listing price. Option 2- Rent HOME & GAME ROOM. (if weather permitting on game room) Since its getting cold we have notice that our radiator heater is not keeping the game room warm enough because we don't have the top insulated in. We are blocking it off unless it will be warm. Addition fee for gameroom is $30 a night and a Amenities deposit of $300 is required. I will send a request after you book for both the gameroom and the Amenities deposit. The deposit will have to be paid before you enter the gameroom!! No exceptions!! The Gameroom is in the bottom part of the block building beside the house. After you check out and everything is checked over I will send the Amenities deposit back to your card through Airbnb. No exceptions! The game room has a pool table, fooseball table, basketball shooting game, air hockey table (free play activated even though it says 75 cents), ping pong table, pac man table, arcade game-Legends Ultimate includes 300 of favorite licensed arcade and console games in an expandable, full-size arcade machine designed for players of all ages, skill levels and play preferences. Please understand that we are putting a lot of money in our place! We want our guests to have great memories with their families! Please take care of our stuff! We are looking into security cameras for our place. One camera will be at the entrance of the house. Please understand this is only for our protection with our place since we have high dollar equipment now. By booking our place you understand and agree that we may have cameras up by the time you come for your reservation. Still under construction is the upstairs bedrooms above the game room. We have no date yet when it will be done. Lumber and cost associated with it getting done has made us put a hold on it. There is a lock on the up stairs door and no one is allowed up there. It will have 2 queen/king beds with a bathroom. It will also have a extra fee if you want it when it's done. This will be option 3 for guests to rent. (House, Game room, & upstairs bedroom. This option will sleep 11 guests)! We will not be building if we have guests. You will have peace & quiet while you are staying at our place. If you are going to be gone away from house, and you don't mind for us to be working inside the building please let us know! We can leave when you get back to the house! Guest access Option 1- Rent House only you will have access to the entire home to yourselves! This includes the 4 person Hot Tub, Firepit area with firewood and 5 chairs, Charcoal Grill, 2 Basketball Goals, Tetherball game, Hammock for the trees- the straps are in the bag with it, and 4 round picnic tables. Option 2- Rent House & Game room. You will have access to all that is in option 1 and the Game room. The game room is in the bottom part of the block building beside the house. It includes: Air hockey table (free play activated even though it says 75cents), Pool table, Ping Pong Table, Basketball shooter game, Fooseball table, pac man table, and the Legends Ultimate that includes 300 of favorite licensed arcade and console games in it. Remember that a $300 Amenities deposit has to be paid before you stay plus an addition $30 a night for the game room. The $300 will be returned to you as long as everything is in working condition and nothing is missing. If equipment is missing or broken the Amenities Deposit will be used to fix the items plus you might be charged addition money if the deposit doesn't cover the items! We have Dish Network. We have the package-America's Top 120. Trash is picked up by a company on Monday's. Please put all your garbage in bags in the green trash can by the front road by Monday morning. This means all guests that stay during the week will have their garbage in this can till Mondays. If for some reason it's full or the lid won't close, please let me know. Other things to note On our road there is a sharp curve to the left before you arrive at our place so please be careful! You might want to bring a vehicle that can make it in the snow if the weather is calling for it. There is plenty of woods around our home so you might see deer, turkey, coyotes, black bears, and plenty more! We have seen plenty of deer drinking at our pond. Please respect the animals as this is their home. Also, we have Starlink internet! You might want to bring some bug spray for the mosquitoes and ticks while you are outside since you are in the country. I do have some if my guests do not take it with them when they leave. Order from your favorite restaurants in this area with MEALS ON DEMAND! They offer No contact ordering and also accept cash and card for payment. This is what separates them from any other food delivery service. Order your groceries, food, etc. from them and they will bring it right to the house!
