The Villa enjoys complete privacy: private entrance and territory of four hectares with olive grove are available only to the owners and the guests of the Villa.  This luxury Tuscany villa offers three Suites of different sizes, large common area where indoor or outdoor breakfast is served and large 'infinity' swimming pool overlooking the skyline of the ancient City of Volterra. Luxury Agriturismo offers three holiday suites of different sizes on the ground floor of the Villa Sant'Anastasio. All suites have separate entrances. All suits are tastefully decorated and furnished with materials, furniture and equipment of highest quality. Large breakfast indoor and outdoor areas and billiard room are available to all guests of the Villa.  Over one meter thick walls of the Villa and the stone ceilings make air-conditioning completely unnecessary. It is always fresh inside the accommodation regardless of the temperature outside. Each suite has its own private 'giardino' with beautiful garden furniture where guests could relax or enjoy private 'al fresco' lunches and dining. Guest access Cleaning: Daily cleaning and once a week change of luxury linen is provided. Cleaning charge of Euro 100 per stay is payable on arrival.
