A beautiful and cared for renovated cottage with a large magical garden with majestic trees and all sorts of flora and fauna leading to Derryvegal Lough. A hidden gem on the Beara Peninsula. The peaceful location on the coast road between Ardgroom and Eyeries on the Beara Way is ideal for artists, writers, poets, hikers, walkers and nature enthusiasts with spectacular vistas over the lake and the "Wild Atlantic Waves" of the Kenmare bay beyond with the mountains of Kerry as a background. Guest access Entrance hallway with boot/shoe storage rack and coat hanging area which leads into the living area with doors to a seating area outside. Just off the living area is the kitchen/dining area and on the other side of the living area there is a utility/laundry room and separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Other things to note The outside seating area is raised and overlooking the lake and garden so it is advisable to make sure young children are supervised at all times. As we are surrounded by beautiful countryside and trees, the evening time can bring the midges out, depending on the weather, using citronella candles and insect repellent if needed will sort this out.
