LunaCottage real experience, feel like a guest!

Our family home opened to the world 16 years ago. Not for tourism, not for investment, but for a lifestyle choice: born from the love of a mother who chose to be there to support her children in competitive sports and transformed a home into an opportunity. Children grow up and life changes, but LunaCottage is still here! Come in if you like, and feel like a guest. The Sailing Boat has returned to being ours alone, with respect for each other. The space Immersed in the green hills of Lunigiana at the foot of the Apuan Alps between Liguria and Tuscany, a few km from the towns, close to La Spezia and the renowned 5 Terre, 40 km from Pisa and Florence, The cottage villa, completely fenced, has private access via an electric gate, the driveway ends with a carport for 2 covered parking spaces The two comfortable external stairs lead us to the large dining area and to the swimming pool area. The first is equipped with a nice shady table that can accommodate up to 10 people. In front there is a relaxation area with a large and comfortable sofa and deck chairs, the heated Jacuzzi tub and the swimming pool which from January 2021 has the new Abritaly cover for the colder months and for swimming in thermal water thanks to the electrolysis treatment with salt and magnesium! less Chlorine! The pool has a gradual access into the water thanks to comfortable steps. The changing room completes the area surrounded by plants and flowers. The barbecue / oven behind a beautiful rose hedge is available for your grilling. Underneath the pool area we find a large laundry room with double sink, washing machine, dryer, as well as a table and iron. For those who make holidays by BICYCLE, they can keep it inside and use a table and tools for any eventuality. There is also the New GYM! with exercise bike, weights, bench. The Villa Cottage is internally distributed on two floors: 1st floor: Living room entrance with a big TV (Netfix), with new wood-burning fireplace, and a large dining room The separate kitchen is equipped with large fridge / freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, hand blender. Also on the floor is the suite with a double bed on the mezzanine and air conditioning; the private bathroom / shower room, which can be used as a bathroom on the first floor. The wooden stairs that descend connect us to the sleeping area on the ground floor: The master bedroom overlooking the avenue through a French door, has a large bathroom with shower. wall cabinets . The double room that can become a double, is adjacent to the master bedroom but with great privacy thanks to the sliding door that separates them from the stairwell. The beautiful private bathroom with shower completes the second bedroom. In front of the second bedroom, a third double bedroom. The WI FI is available for free to guests It is a house immersed in the greenery of the countryside, therefore precious insects such as bees are present (and I am immensely happy about it!) as are the fireflies at night. .almost extinct! however, if you have wasp allergy problems know that there are, that we cannot eliminate them unless there are nests that we will eliminate. PAID PRIVATE PANIGACCI EXPERIENCE (Tipical Local Food) Guest access The guests have access to all of the private property. Other things to note The house has air-conditioning in the living room and in the suite. The bedrooms are always nice and cool during the summer time.(floor ground) On Saturdays and Wednesdays, at a fixed time, there will always be a gardener / pool maintenance to make sure that everything is in order. For guests that are staying for 2 weeks, at the end of the 1st week, a housekeeper comes to clean, freshen up and change all bed linens and towels.
