After a busy day playing outside, you could unwind on your private deck with your private grill & fire chimney. The space The Halfway to Charlevoix Room, though attached to the main house, is a completely private setting both inside and out. You will have a private entrance and driveway with room for one vehicle and parking for your boat trailer. Inside, enjoy the studio style apartment with king bed and a large full bath. The kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, toaster and Keurig coffee station is stocked with coffee, tea and light snacks. Unwind outdoors in the private, backyard with lounge furniture, outdoor dining, grill and fire chimney. Guest access Guests have full access to the cozy studio apartment with full bath as well as a private entrance, deck and yard! During your stay Guests are welcome to reach out with any questions or needs during their stay! Text is best and reaching out through the Airbnb app is great too! Other things to note The Halfway to Charlevoix room is very close to Torch and Elk Lake boat ramps and there is room for your boat and trailer in the parking area. The Elk Rapids Marina and Harbor are 6 miles away as well as shopping restaurants and Elk Rapids Beaches. We are very dog friendly but know that we are on a small farm that has horses and dogs. 420 Friendly The backyard is not fully fenced but is very private and separate from the homeowners. The Kewadin Pickleball courts are just a few miles away. Laundry is only available for weekly rentals.
