BP Bungalow

One bedroom one bathroom located on a working citrus ranch. Washer & Dryer, 3Tv’s with Dish TV. Twin air mattress & pack n’ Play upon request. Queen bed in bedroom & queen converter sofa. I allow a pet based on my approval must be current on all shots including bortetella, must be on a leash when outside and cannot be left alone inside house unless in kennel. I have different size crates & soft crate. The space Exeter is farming community close to several great restaurants & shopping. Near by Sequioa & Yosemite National Parks. Good parking with space for RV parking Guest access The entire bungalow is your home away from home. Other things to note My bungalow is fully equipped with Dish tv, WiFi, washer/dryer, kitchen ware & patio. I don’t allow smoking of any kind inside or close to house . No illegal activity of any kind. I want my guests to enjoy themselves but despite a country setting we still have neighbors that I wish to respect their privacy. PET POLICY DOGS & CATS PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED FROM YOUR VET. ALL PETS MUST HAVE FLEA AND TICK PROTECT. PETS CAN NOT NOT BE LEFT ALONE WITHOUT BEING IN A KENNEL.
