Tranquil Studio On The Deck Behind The House

This guest suite used to be the master bedroom of the house, separated to become an independent unit after remodel. It's small but has plenty space for resting, working, dining or enjoy a cup of coffee. The unit has its own entrance at back of the house. The deck overlooks the tranquil green belt. As the house is at the top of the hill, walk to the sidewalk after parking at night, the beautiful Bellevue city light is a scene worth remembering. Guest access The door has a digital lock so you don't need to worry about arriving late. Just please be considerate not making too much noises if that happens. There are a few stairs to get on the deck and the bedroom has a stair as well. It won't work for wheelchair. The unit doesn't have laundry facility and has only a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We do have a mini frig in the dining area. In case you bring in a service dog or comforting animal, please let us know. We do charge $30 for the extra cleaning we need to do to avoid troubles for guests who are allergic to animals. Other things to note PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE OTHER UNITS IN THE HOUSE EVEN YOU DON'T SHARE ANY SPACE. You may see people on the driveway or hear them during your stay. Since we're close to highway, you'll hear traffic if you're outside of the house. You can cancel the booking for a full refund up to 5 days before check-in. After that, a partial refund is available: 50% of the remaining nights, excluding the first night and service fee, which are non-refundable.
