The house is located 10 min drive to the historic center of Bergerac and the airport, 2 to 5 min drive to the shopping area (Leclerc, various restaurants, shops, pharmacy), bowling, laser play, karting. The space Attention to electric car owners: charging an electric vehicle is not allowed! The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, reversible air conditioning and a dressing room. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a dressing room and a fan/heater. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave/grill, electric kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils.
