Self-contained studio - king-sized bed & en-suite

It's a self-contained downstairs king-sized bed 'studio' room and en-suite. A kettle, microwave with grill, toaster, fridge, crockery & cutlery enables you to cater for yourself with light meals. A selection of teas & coffee are provided with fresh milk. There is a TV with free-view, a worktop space for you to eat/work at. An enclosed, mini-patio outside the room, with a small table and chairs. Off-road parking. Comfortable and homely with space for you to unpack, relax and feel at home. The space Please be aware that we are still refurbishing the house but rest assured that the areas you will be using are all complete. Guest access Mini-patio During your stay We want you to be comfortable during your stay and will either be ‘on-hand’ or available by text or phone to help you with any queries/needs. Other things to note We have a friendly cat and a rescue dog who can be nervous. Neither are allowed in the suite. The dog can be a little barky on arrival but soon settles down. We also have some koi fish but they rarely stray from the pond! We do not offer breakfast or meals. There are plenty of places to eat and drink locally and you are welcome to prepare light meals in your room. We will happily wash any cooking/eating implements daily.
