GREAT NEW KINGSIZE BED 180 cm×200 cm I am looking forward to being your Airbnb host! CHRISTIAN The space The apartment is perfect for couples. You will have a nice bed room with a brand new king size bed 180 cm x 200 cm and an award winning mattress bought May 2024, fresh and clean linen, blankets as well as plenty of storage space. By foot it´s merely 650 m from the apartment to the lake and 1 km onto the island. The tourist tax of 6,5 percent as well as the tourist fee of 3,30 per person /day is included in the booking price. Therefore there are no additional costs or charges regarding the apartment. Since the end of 2022 until March 2023 I modernised plenty of things and had mayor renovations in the apartment. You will have a brand new high quality kitchen: The kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary things for cooking, coffee machine, water heater, new dish washer, washing machine, toaster, espresso machine, microwave, new oven, new ceramic hob, new tablewear and silverwear and and much much more. I bought a new tumble dryer as well 2023. Nice new floors make my apartment now much brighter and modern. The bathroom has a shower and a separate bathtub. The toilet is in a separate room and not integrated in the bathroom. You will have unlimited, free and fast internet in the apartment. There is a cosy, nice, private terrace which is protected from view. Your private underground parking space is secured by a gate at the entrance which can be only opened by tenants/owners with a house key. You can also park your bicycles in the underground parking. Guest access My guests will have the whole apartment for themselves. My underground parking space no. 55 is private, secured and reserved only and exclusively for you! There is an elevator from the underground parking to the apartment entrance. Other things to note The tourist tax of 6,5 percent and the tourist fee of 3,30 Euro per person and day as well as other costs regarding my apartment are included in your booking price. There are no additional or hidden costs. I will provide my guests upon request the Echt-Bodensee Card (tourist card) which enables you to use many buses and trains free of charge and gives discount to many attractions. Prior to your arrival I will send you a detailed videos on how to get to my apartment and with useful information about the check in to make everything as convinient and easy as possible for you. Arrival time and self check-in starts generally at 3.00 pm. Departure time and self check-out is generally around 11.00 am. I will try my best to consider your plans and wishes regarding early check-in or late check-out.
