La dolce vita. Pasta, vino and your own beach. Private beach with hammock between palm trees. From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view over the lake and the neighboring park. A wonderful house with a great bar in "paddle range" or also in 5 min walk. You can also have food delivered a la carte from the bar to your own garden. We like to be here ourselves, but unfortunately we are not allowed to spend the whole summer here. (Boats for a small fee. Cleaning service in between: If you wish, I can arrange for the cleaning staff to clean once in between. This would be billed at an hourly rate of €20 per hour. Chef: For those who want to enjoy a nice menu in their own villa without the cooking and cleaning stress, I can organize a cook and service staff.
