Built in 2017 this classic yet modern home is spacious, comfortable and provides a fantastic base for what will be truly memorable holidays. Situated in the Wellington Marinas latest release area, the house is 100m from the boat ramp at the end of the street while having a private pontoon/ mooring for the fun filled water sports. Bring your boat, jet skis, fishing rods or just your bathers to enjoy the waterfront living of this exceptionally beautiful property. The space The house provides comfortable living space for large or multiple families or groups. Comprising of 5 bedrooms sleeping 9 people with bedroom formats and photographs provided. Bedrooms and living areas all have Smart TV's allowing guests to access Netflix, YouTube and other platforms for viewing. WIFI is provided with NBN providing fast download speeds via Telstra. 4 bedrooms have built in robes with a walk in robe in the master bedroom. Each bedroom is fitted with near new beds and suites each fitted with 1000+ thread count sheet sets and extremely comfortable quilt sets. Each room has its own ducted heating/ cooling as well as ceiling fans ensuring each guests needs are met for that great nights sleep. With 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets provided all operating on rainwater. Provided are Sheridan bath sheets for each guest. The main kitchen upstairs has a large french door fridge and freezer with a walk in pantry providing plenty of storage of food for your stay. Supplied is ample cutlery, bone china crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, slow cooker, air fryer, toaster, kettle, toastie machine, electric fry pan, Nespresso coffee machine (pods), oven trays. microwave and downstairs is a large 6 burner barbeque with side ring burner. Downstairs is a separate kitchenette with large fridge, sink, kettle, toaster and glassware for the cool filtered rain water from the fridge or the chosen wine or beer, saving the walk upstairs while enjoying the water front. The dining table comfortably seats 8 with an additional 4 bar stools to utilise the large breakfast bar area of the kitchen. If alfresco dining is preferred there are 7 seats provided on the glass top balcony dining setting and a further 8 seats at the lower level patio dining setting, all providing beautiful views of the water. Catering for the family holiday some board and card games are provided for the evenings in which memories can be created with plenty of laughs. Adjacent to the pontoon is a large fire pit (BYO fire wood) taking in the fantastic views of the water and pontoon area. Provided upon request are 2 single kayaks with fishing rod holders (2.9m) which can be launched and moored on the pontoon. There is an additional charge of $25.00 per kayak for the duration of the stay.
