Tagaytay Whimsical Chalet w/ Outdoor Jacuzzi

Tagaytay Chalet is a self-service, open-space, PET-FRIENDLY* rental w/ OUTDOOR POOL & JACUZZI and PARKING (max 3cars/compact SUVs OR 2vans/trucks), inside a gated property, with gardens. Near to many Tagaytay tourist spots, it's set up for a relaxed bonding/group planning. Base price is for up to 6pax. Pls indicate how many you are for accurate pricing. PLEASE BOOK ONLY if you have read & agree with our House Rules. Check-in: 4pm; Check-out: 130pm (flexible but based on availability) The space Our Tagaytay Chalet is a self-service rental with kitchen & dining amenities equipped with a huge dining table, a 2-burner stove, a decent-sized fridge (see dining pics), microwave, electric water kettle, big rice cooker, 2 pots and pans, laddles, chopping board. Plates, spoons, forks, cups & glasses are 12 each, so please bring extra if your group will need more. The chalet has a BAR area, a big flat-screen TV with Netflix, separate sitting areas (inside & outside the chalet), 2 shower & 2 toilet rooms for ladies & a separate one for men--all showers with heaters. PROVISIONS: We provide bed linens & towels (1 per guest), but not soap, shampoo, and other consumables. Dishwashing liquid and toilet tissues are provided. EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS may be availed for Php100 each. We have a washer and dryer for a fee (depends on the amount of laundry). Bookings of 4 nights or more will have free change of linens every 3rd night. Pack n' play or crib for babies of up to 2.5 yrs of age is available with baby pillows and linens for a small fee. Best if you reserve upon booking. As the property is surrounded by plants, expect small bugs--this is normal in all Tagaytay properties especially with gardens. But don't worry, as the chalet's windows and doors have screens--so feel free to open the glass windows for that cool mountain air--just dont forget to close the screens. In case you prefer to close all openings of the chalet, feel free to do so as well, since it is equipped with 2 big a/c units. Do let us know at least 2 days before your check-in if you will need help with washing the dishes, cleaning the house or doing some laundry. Since our property is a self-service rental, this will be for a small fee. Guest access * Pool & jacuzzi area is exclusive to this property's guests. Pool use (free): 430pm - 10PM and 630am to 1pm; Jacuzzi is from 430pm to 730pm and 9am to 1pm and charged per day. We may turn off the jacuzzi for 15 minutes per hour to avoid motor burnout. We use solar heating on our jacuzzi (we try to be environment friendly). So if the weather has been gloomy for the past 24 hours, please expect a not so hot water in it. :) * Parking for up to 3 cars/compact SUVs OR 2 vans/trucks can be accommodated. * EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT are subject to availability, and must be arranged with the host (not the caretakers). Earlier or later than standard check-in/out time is P200 PER HOUR or a fraction thereof. * DRIVERS & YAYAS are included in the count as guests. We do not allow drivers sleeping in the parking area. * Visitors/event suppliers (may stay till 9 PM only) = P300. Visitors entering/staying past 9 PM are charged as additional guests = P700/pax/night Other things to note 1. We allow SMOKING ONLY OUTSIDE THE CHALET. 2. Since the property is accessible to public transport, drawback is a bit of road noise every now & then. 3. Surveillance cameras are installed outside the chalet for security purposes. 4. Internet is weak at times. We are subscribed to a PLDT service but it's very difficult to get them to deliver the target speed, especially when the weather is not very good :( 5. Curfew: 11pm. Please arrange with us or your caretaker before or upon check-in if you will need to leave past 11pm. 6. Karaoke, microphones, or any amplified sound are welcome between 5pm-10pm, as long as the doors are kept closed. We kindly ask that you avoid shouting or screaming into the microphones. 7. Pets are allowed (NOT free) but we have to be informed. You will notice that the pets have no amount in your Airbnb breakdown. This is so that it will at least not be added in the platform's commission. Pets are subject to rules that we will provide along with the check-in details. Amongst which are that they are not allowed to sleep on human beds and they are not allowed in the pool/jacuzzi area. Pet fee here is not yet included in the Airbnb charge. 8. Really sorry about this but we cannot accommodate check-ins past 10pm. If we end up having to do so, we will have to charge a late check-in fee of P500 or $10. 9. Visitors/event suppliers (may stay till 9 PM only) = P300. Visitors entering/staying past 9 PM are charged as additional guests = P800/pax/night. 10. Disinfection of the pool is as per CDC's guidelines. Everyday, our pool is also treated and vacuumed. 11. Wedding/Event prep is charged P1,500.
