Double room with Smart TV and private bathroom

The accommodation offers privacy and comfort, given its two floors and the presence of a bathroom for the exclusive use of guests next to the same room, a reading/Wi-Fi area at the entrance, and a smart TV inside. Guests can also dry their clothes and towels in the house laundry room, use a living room with a table and chairs for work or meals, enjoy a large terrace, and have convenient private parking at the entrance to the house. Guest access No cooking, and no use of the washing machine. The living room sofa and the downstairs bathroom are not shared. No smoking at home and bringing food or drinks in the bedroom (water only!)It is not possible to eat in the bedroom. No furniture, home clothes or other pertinence of the house can be taken out of the house. It is important to close as directed by the ground floor terrace and front door. It is not possible to use my personal objects,what is shared is at the view and available to the guest. Failure to respect the Rules of the House implies the application of the rules of reimbursement and compensation as the case may be.
