Free from the hustle of the port, you're just a 3 minute drive away from the town of Sami, where you can find anything you may need. Don't forget to visit the jewel of the island, the cave of Melissani, which is only 2 minutes away on foot. The space Our house is a beautiful and cozy 100sqm apartment located on the 1st floor in the village of Karavomylos! It's a three bedroom apartment with a view of Sami's bay and the island of Ithaca from the balconies. A lovely and very comfortable place to stay in, fully furnished and with the equipment necessary to guarantee that your stay will be a unique experience. It hosts 6 people in total. Guest access Dear Guests, Here you will find some valuable info on how to find our house. There are two main ways to enter the village of Karavomilos located opposingly the one from the other. The first one is from Sami port and the second one is from Agia Efimia Town. Yet, the vast majority of guests who arrive to the island either from Sami port, Poros port or the airport, are likely to use the fist one (entrance from Sami port), that's why we're gonna focus on that route. Assuming you enter the village from Sami port, the road you're on is called Sami-Agia Efimia Street (how original!). Unfortunately many navigation softwares do not recognise the names of the streets so GPS navigation is not always the best option. As you enter the village you keep driving on the above mentioned road. The house is located at the very end of the village (right next to Agia Efimia Entrance). Its pretty easy, yet If you feel unsure you can always check for road signs giving directions to Melissani cave. So as you reach at the other end of the village in front of you, you will see a small bridge. Right before the bridge you have to turn left. The house is located at the first parallel to the main road (Sami-Agia Efimia Street), right next to Melissani cave. If you enter the village from Agia Efimia Town you don't have to cross the whole village. The house is at the very entrance. This time however after the bridge you have to turn right. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet area only a 2 minute walk from the unique Melissani's cave, a 5 minute walk from the Karavomylos' lake, a 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk from the center of the city of Sami. Agia Efimia, a picturesque village is only a 10 minute drive. It is worth mentioning that the beautiful beach of Antisamos is a 10-15 minute drive and the famous beach of Myrtos a 20 minute drive.
