Beautiful flat 5 min from Lake Constance/Bodensee

Europe’s great fresh water lake, Lake Constance, is only 3 minutes away by foot, an enchanting lake where, in just 5 minutes by foot, you can visit a more than 2000-year-old town, an impressive medieval castle with museum, and the remains of a Roman fortress, see what might be the oldest Church tower in the World, connect with cruise ships to take you to Austria or Germany. The city is doing renovations on the facade of the building, see last picture. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The space 65.7 m2 or over 700 ft2 with an entry through an 800 year old palace. The host’s waiting room is unfortunately not for use by the guests. A key to a bicycle garage will be provided upon request. Master bedroom: - 1x double bed (180x195cm) - 1x single bed (112x170cm) Second bedroom: - 1x single bed (90x185cm) - 1x folding bed (77x185cm) Kitchen: - Includes dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses and pans. - Dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. - Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and cleaning products are provided. Bathroom: - With washing machine and tumble dryer. - Shower towels and hand towels are on site. - Shower and shampoo and hand washing detergent are provided. - Hair dryer and access to a first aid kit if needed. Living area: - Contains TV and radio. - Contains information brochures with regional activities. Other things to note Note that there is no air conditioning, but given the thick walls, the apartment remains cooler than other modern non-airconditioned apartments.
