Located less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and town, we are looking forward to hosting you and we are sure you will agree this will truly be a home from home holiday. Marjorie cottage will comfortably accommodate four guests at maximum. The cottage comprises of a hallway leading to the lounge. Features of the lounge: - Victorian fireplace - 2x two-seater reclining leather sofas with charging points - Colour HD TV and a SKY Q box which includes Netflix - Books The hallway also leads to the dining room. Details of the dining room: - Original Norfolk Red bricked fire place with wood burner and exposed wooden beams - Dining table with four chairs - TV with Sky - Alexa for basic use The dining room leads to the kitchen which is small but well designed. Details of the kitchen: - Cupboard space - Electric oven - Ceramic halogen hob - Microwave - Kettle - Fridge (please note there is no freezer) The kitchen door leads to a secure U shaped patio area with a loveseat one side and table and chairs to the rear of the cottage on the other side. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The bathroom is newly renovated and is located upstairs. The cost of the gas for the central heating is included. ** SAFETY: - Please take a note if you are elderly or infirm, that the stairs leading to the first floor are slightly steeper than stairs found in modern properties. You may therefore wish to consider this prior to booking Marjorie Cottage. There are handrails fitted on both sides of the stairs. - Please note that the cottage does not have child proofing. Stairs at the cottage are older and therefore steeper than a traditional flight of stairs, therefore please note that we do not recommend our property for babies, infants or children under 10.** Other things to note Please note that you will need to bring towels with you as we do not provide these. Please also note we can of course post forgotten items back to you. Posting back will be charged at the cost of the item to post, the cost of the packaging to purchase and fuel to get to the post office.
