CASA 1: Rent Entire 2-Story House (1 Bedroom Only)

CASA PANDA, is your home away from home. It's a newly built house, complete with all the amenities that you need during your stay. We just opened our home to Guests this year, April 2022. Our place is very peaceful, located inside a subdivision: ⭐ 5-10mins walk from MAGIKLAND THEME PARK ⭐ 15-20mins drive away SILAY AIRPORT ⭐ 20-30mins drive from Bacolod City A 1 bedroom 2-story house, room has AC, hot and cold shower, cable tv, wifi, refrigerator, rice cooker, electric stove, heater, etc. The space Entire 2-story house is located in a subdivision. The neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. A walking distance from MAGIKLAND THEME PARK. Guest access We have 2 units with a shared gate, the only main access to get inside the 2 units. Each units have their own lockbox where we keep the keys. Guests can self check-in anytime after 2PM. Other things to note Please take note of the following: 🚩The bedroom is on the 2nd floor while the bathroom is on the 1st floor. 🚩The sink for washing the dishes is outside the house but we have a small kitchenette inside where you are allowed to cook. 🚩We have 1 parking space in between our 2 units, first come first serve basis, if the parking area inside is not available, you can park in front of the house beside the street. 🚩The entire house is not air-conditioned, only the bedroom has AC. We have provided electric fans to be used in the living room.
