adjoining house on two bright levels and very pleasant to live in with its large friendly kitchen facing the terrace and pool . House located 10 minutes from Montpellier, the beaches and the Bassin de Thau (Sète, Bouzigues, Mèze, Balaruc). The space two bedrooms each equipped with 140/190 double bed with sheets ,pillowcases and duvets. two bedrooms each equipped with a 160/200 double bed with sheets ,pillowcases and duvets american fridge, dishwasher , washing machine, iron , baby equipment upon request. Trampoline for children to use. Guest access the whole house except the garage Other things to note - Non-smoking accommodation. - Quiet neighborhood is not suitable for night parties. - Arrivals possible from 5pm and departures 10am. -locations of 3 nights minimum. _Not suitable for people with limited mobility with armchair. Different steps and downstairs bedroom with 63cm wide door. I draw guest attention to noise ,due to problems met this summer with neighbors . Deep music, untimely shouting and night clutter were the cause of complaints, and out of respect for my neighbors, I can no longer tolerate them and have to take all the necessary measures. I remind guests that parties are prohibited , that the house is no smoking and intended for use that takes into account tranquility neighbors , especially after 10pm. Kind regards ,Martin .
