It is a little known, much needed quiet area of Phuket Island. THE BEACH At high tide you can swim and at low tide you can venture onto the sea bed to explore and get another view of the bay. Some people like to have beach shoes for swimming. THE APARTMENT This apartment accommodates two people. Our location is perfect for short-term or long-term stays in Phuket and is great as a base for excursions on and around Phuket Island. It's ideal for independent and budget travelers. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle of Patong but only a short distance away from many shops, restaurants and places of interest, then Makham Bay House is an ideal place to be. Renting here is of great value, as we share our beach with one of Phuket's 5 star resorts where you can grab a drink or a meal and enjoy the facilities. Makham Bay is a beautiful little bay in the southeast of Phuket, nestled among the tropical jungle scenery and the most beautiful sunrise you can see, right from your room or from the beach. Fully furnished bedroom, with open living and kitchen areas (refrigerator, dishes, electric kettle, desk, wardrobe, etc). This lovely bungalow-style apartment has air conditioning, wifi, internet, and satellite TV. Toilet and shower with private, on demand hot water heater, small terrace & parking if needed. Bed linens and towels are provided and cleaning up to 2 times per week. We also have laundry facilities just across the street. Other things to note Sorry, but we don't allow any pets. We have some cats that roam around on the property (not indoors - don't worry).
