The space This modern and bright 55sqm apartment, located on the 1st floor with elevator in a silent inside courtyard, has recently been renovated and it has great amenities. It has a wide living room with a new fully equipped kitchen with oven/microwave and coffee machine, dining table and a confortable sofa bed (160*190cm), a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet and a modern bathroom with shower. Fast WiFi, 2 smart TVs with Netflix, speakers, A.C, washing machine, electric shutters and USB sockets. Four meter high ceiling with all day sunlight make the apartment welcoming and cozy. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests (please note it is the apt I live in when in Milan, therefore you you find my personal things along with all the vibes of a cozy and welcoming space 😉).
