The Lake House is a completely remodeled modern home on a point lot with unobstructed views of stunning, unspoiled Lake Oconee. The house is fully outfitted for your visit with linens, towels, cozy blankets, games and more. The spacious open floor plan, deep water dock, blue bottom pool, gas grill, and stone fire pit create the perfect retreat space all year round. The space Great room with floor to ceiling views of the lake. Entertainment center with breakfast table and huge leather sofa, perfect for piling on for a movie at the end of a day on the lake, an afternoon in the pool, or a day walking the wooded roads around the house. Master bedroom with full lake view and master bath with full tub and rain shower. Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds--one with en suite bath-- and another with two twins. Dining table with seating for eight, and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Sattva mattresses, Snowe sheets, fluffy towels, and a reverse osmosis filtration system for pure and delicious water. Keurig coffee maker, 65 inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and more. Pool, fire pit and gas grill just a few steps out the door, with chaises, Adirondack chairs and other seats to rest and sip. Dock is open and available for your use. Local boat rental shops like Young Harris or Oconee Wild will bring the boat of your choice straight to our dock. Airy, light, uncluttered, easy. Just bring food, a cord of wood, your bathing suit and possibly mittens! Guest access The whole house, pool, dock, and of course, the lake. Other things to note This is a beloved family home in a quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoy sharing The Lake House with others, and simply ask that you respect our belongings and our guidelines as your own. No smoking, animals, parties, events, or additional overnight guests. Please do not leave anything at the house that you did not find when you arrived. We value good communication. If you have a special consideration, we will do whatever we can to help out!
