Located in the valley of Bruche, in the center of the village, at the foot of the Vosges and at the crossroads of the wine route, 45m² studio with independent kitchen for 4/5 people located 35 km from Strasbourg (journey in TER 30 minutes), 20 km from Obernai, 68 km from Colmar, 70 km from Kaysersberg and Riquewihr, 1.5 hours by car from EUROPAPARK. Independent entrance. Parking in the courtyard. Owners upstairs. The space The accommodation of 45 m² consists of a large entrance (possibility 1 bed 80 for a 5th person) with wardrobe and hangers, a kitchen (mini oven, microwave, 2 electric plates, fridge, table, 4 chairs), a bathroom with a shower cabin, a separate toilet and a living room. It is composed of 2 beds of 80 cm (to be attached or separated) located on the left side with 2 small dressers allowing some storage areas and a desk area (1 stool). The sofa bed is in the right side of the living room, a coffee table and TV, (Wifi access) making up the seating area when the sofa is folded up. A ping pong table can be set up in the courtyard. Finally, bed linen is provided but not towels. Guest access Hosts are hosted in a totally independent accommodation (private entrance) on the ground floor. The house in which the accommodation is located is in the heart of the village of Urmatt. Nearby (minus 5 min walk) a bakery, butcher/charcuterie and two restaurants. The nearest supermarket is located 5 km away. A ATM is available at the village exit.
