A quiet and cozy stay by the sea

Charming 4-room house with planted garden located 5 min walk to the shopping center and 10 min walk to the beach. We have spent many stays in this vacation home with our 3 children and have furnished it to meet all your expectations. 4 people + 1 baby Service INCLUDED: fiber internet, baby bed, barbecue, mattress protection, bed linen, towels Service NOT INCLUDED: beach towels, duvet for baby bed, wood for fireplace The space On the ground floor: - a large bright living room (living room with fireplace, dining room with large table), bookcase filled with books and board games, a sofa with new cover. - an equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker (filter and Nespresso) and toaster. A mini pancake maker is also available to guests. - a bathroom with a refurbished shower, a separate toilet. On the 1st floor: - 1 master bedroom with new double bed (140*200), plenty of storage, blackout curtains, - 1 TV/office area to work or relax, with daybed. On the 2nd floor: - a bedroom in the attic, with tatami mats and queen-size futon (so hard bedding!). Skylight. In the garden you will find: - an electric barbecue (to be cleaned after use please) - a Möllky game - a garden table and 6 chairs Guest access You can park in front of the house and then do everything on foot. Other things to note The accommodation has fiber optic internet, for your best comfort.
